Our system uses the latest CPF contribution rates as published by the CPF Board. We account for citizenship status, age brackets, and salary caps to ensure 100% accuracy. The generated CPF Contribution Submission File is ready to be uploaded directly to the CPF portal.
We currently generate files for DBS IDEAL Bulk Beneficiary Upload, DBS Universal File Format (UFF, ISO 20022 pain.001), OCBC GIRO/FAST With Invoice V1.5, and UOB BIBPlus FAST/GIRO With Payment Advice v3.04. Support for HSBC and Standard Chartered is on our roadmap — let us know if you need a specific format prioritised.
