Welcome to PayGo SG. These Terms of Service ("Terms" or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the PayGo SG website, tools, and file-generation service (collectively, the "Service"), which is operated by PayGo SG ("PayGo SG", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
PayGo SG is a payroll submission automation service. The Service generates bank payment files, CPF contribution submission files, and (where selected) PDF payslips from data you upload, formatted for compatibility with supported Singapore banks and the CPF Board.
PayGo SG is not payroll software. The Service does not:
The Service applies CPF contribution rates and bank file format rules as published by the relevant authorities, but the correctness of all outputs depends on the correctness of the inputs you provide. The Service automates the formatting and assembly of submission-ready files; it does not assume responsibility for the underlying payroll decisions.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawfulness of all data you upload to the Service, including employee names, NRIC/FIN numbers, salary figures, CPF status, allowances, and deductions.
You agree to:
The Service is offered on a pay-per-file basis. Current pricing is published on our pricing page. We may change pricing at any time; changes take effect for generations purchased after the change is posted.
Payment is processed at the time of each generation through our payment partners (which may include Stripe and PayNow). You authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method.
Refunds. Because the Service delivers generated files immediately upon completion, refunds are granted only at our discretion within 14 days of generation, and only where the generated file is materially defective and cannot be re-issued in corrected form. To request a refund, email [email protected].
Uploaded spreadsheets and input data are processed server-side for the purpose of generating your requested files, and are deleted after generation is complete. We do not persist employee data beyond what is strictly required to deliver and support your generation.
This section is a summary only. Our separate Privacy Policy (forthcoming) will describe our data practices in detail. Until then, contact [email protected] with any data-handling questions.
The Service, including its software, design, text, and documentation, is owned by PayGo SG and protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights, title, and interest in the data you upload and in the generated files you receive. We claim no ownership over your inputs or outputs.
You grant PayGo SG a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your uploaded data solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayGo SG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Specifically, we do not warrant that:
You are strongly encouraged to validate generated files with your bank and the CPF Board and to review payslips for accuracy before distribution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall PayGo SG be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
The total aggregate liability of PayGo SG for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to PayGo SG for the specific generation giving rise to the claim.
The limitations in this section apply even if PayGo SG has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PayGo SG and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, banks, and the CPF Board. PayGo SG is not responsible for the conduct, availability, or accuracy of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
If we make material changes that adversely affect existing paid generations, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or a prominent notice on the Service).
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PayGo SG regarding the Service.
